Things To Do

You can walk down to the beach from the house and swim in the shallow waters. Beach towels are also provided along with a picnic chest, kitted out with all you need, including drink coolers, for either picnicking down at your own shell beach, or taking a trip to Murphy's Haystack's picnic grounds, or the various surrounding beaches.

A two-person kayak is available to enjoy the serenity on the waters, and take in the views of the cliffs and the surrounding bay beach area. Or if preferred, a tinnie can be launched from the private beach, and after a 5 minute or so motor through the marine park, you can enter the fishing zone of the Head of Baird Bay waters, where you can catch garfish or whiting for the night's meal.

The open plan living area comprises a large 64" Flat Screen TV, with complimentary Foxtel and WiFi connected. This living area, to the eastern side of the open room includes ample seating with ottoman footstools for relaxing with your feet up.

There is also a wireless SoundBar which allows you to connect your device to enable listening to your own personal music collection, as loud as you wish, as there are no immediate neighbours, and no noise curfews.

Board games include Scrabble, Traditional Monopoly, Connect 4, Poker, Quoits and 3 in one Chess set. A selection of colouring books and pencils, puzzle books and a blank scrapbook are also provided.

For movie buffs, there is a library of DVDs for use in any of the wall mounted TVs in each of the bedrooms, if you need to break away from the group, or just stay in bed all day.

A large six burner BBQ or a Weber BBQ Kettle awaits the outdoor cook, and this area overlooks a fenced landscaped garden, which is an ideal spot for children to safely play, in full view of the elevated deck and living areas.

Or, once in this area, you may enjoy an invigorating dip in a 5 person heated spa enjoying the summer views, while relaxing with a drink in hand, or try a game of table tennis or darts in the adjoining shed, which opens up into the fenced garden.
